I am motoring along on my first Whole30. Day 17! Woo hoo! I discovered the joy of a can of tuna packed in olive oil with a squirt of lemon and some salt and pepper thanks to Ainsley over at Mind Lifting Mouthgasms. Thanks Ainsley! This recipe came in handy yesterday at the flea market. Eating on the go away from home is challenging on Whole 30. I am going to need to stock up on the spoonafish!  

Eating healthy food feels amazing. Breakfast this morning:  

Two organic free range eggs fried in coconut oil, fresh spinach sautéed with garlic in coconut oil, and a couple halos. Delicious and filling!
